Helping you to better represent
your client.
The
Medical-Legal Review panel will analyze your case, based upon the medical
records, and provide you with a preliminary medical report that is non-discoverable,
advising you whether your case is meritorious or non-meritorious.
If
the case is meritorious, we will:
1.
Identify
the failure to comport with the accepted medical standards of care,
skill and diligence which proximately caused harm to the plaintiff;
2.
Identify
the damages suffered by the plaintiff as a direct and proximate
result of treatment induced injuries;
3.
Identify
the successful medical team necessary for the prosecution of the
case;
4.
Identify
the expert(s) in the appropriate discipline(s) who will testify
in your case, if it is agreed that it is meritorious;
5.
Advise
you of any additional information you may wish to obtain in discovery
prior to your expert's deposition in order that he or she will be
fully prepared for cross examination.
6.
Provide
you and your expert(s) with trial notebooks incorporating all the
medical records of your case in chronological order.
If
the case is non-meritorious, we will explain why the case is probably
defensible.
